Century 21 First Realty listens to what the customer has to say. It is our policy to ask our current customers, "How do you feel about the service you are receiving"? Our agents are trained to ask this question continuously throughout their working relationship with their customers. Upon closing of the transaction, the customer is asked to fill out a final Quality Service Survey that indicates the customer's overall satisfaction level with the transaction. At Century 21 First Realty, our Quality Service Survey Standard is 100%.  
 
Every Quality Service Survey is reviewed by either the Broker or the General Manager. Of special note on the survey, are the comments made by the customer. These comments give us true insight as to the quality of the service that the customer received.
 
On March 26, 2008, Bill Peck of Century 21 First Realty received a rating of 100% on a recent transaction. His customer included the following commnets about the service they received from Bill Peck and Century 21 First Realty:
 
"Bill was very patient with us - and he was willing to go at the pace we set. We would with out hesitation, recommned him to anyone we know who needs a Real Estate Agent in Tallahassee."
