When was the last time someone asked you, "How do you feel about the level of Service you are receiving?" At Century 21 First Realty, it is our opinion that this question should remain in forefront of our associate's mind at all times when working with customers. We have gone a step farther to train our agents to repeatedly ask this simple question throughout the time that they are working with a customer. Upon conclusion of the transation, we then ask the customer to formally indicate to us how they feel about the Service that they received by completing a Century 21 Quality Service Survey.

It is every Agent's goal to achieve a 100% Quality Service Survey. All of these Surveys are reviewed by the Broker or General Manager. It is extremely important to us to provide the level of service that is expected and deserved by our customers. Every Company will say that "they provide top Service", however, the truth is that Century 21 First Realty has a proven system for reviewing and consistently improving our service on a routine basis.

A recent example of "Quality Service" comes from one of our brightest Super-stars, Summer Munyon. Summer was the 2007 Tallahassee Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year". In her first year in the business, she completed 21 transactions (this is a remarkable accomplishment for an agent's first year). More impressive than her production though, is the Quality of Service that she is able to provide her customers. She is constantly looking to find ways for Seller's to solve their problems in a tough Real Estate Market.

Summer recently received a 100% rating on a Quality Service Survey from an out of town seller that desparately needed to sell. Summer did a remarkable job solving a tough problem. On behalf of Century 21 First Realty, we want to tell Summer, "Congratulations and keep up the Great Work!". It is greatly appreciated by your Customers and by your Company.
