Kathy is working with a buyer (cash buyer) who is looking to buy a home in Tallahassee. The buyer is in a price range that has well over a year's supply of homes for sale right now. So, serious sellers know that when a good buyer comes along (like one who is paying cash and therefore has no real issues with closing on the property once a contract is written...), they should be embraced and a deal should be facilitated if at all possible. Basically, this is a buyers' market and sellers' need to know not to lose the "bird in the hand."
