At the conclusion of every transaction, we request each of our customers to tell us about their experience working with us. Each of these surveys are reviewed by our Broker or General Manager to find ways to better serve our valued customers.

 

The format we use is called the Century 21 Quality Service Survey. This survey calculates the customer's experience on a scale of 1-100 based on how the customer responds to questions in eight different categories.
