I can’t seem to register for the newsletter. It says I am blocked and gives me this ##1220987 and says enter it with my email address. But then it says not a valid email address. I would love to start receiving your newsletter. Thanks!

I called tech support for the company that I use to manage the subscribers list and they said the “joe.com” is on their spam list due to how many people use fake email address @joe.com (too common of a name I guess). They will try to drop it from the list, but I suspect that you might be best to subscribe with a different email address (and then just have that address forward to your @joe.com address).
They said they would contact me tomorrow and if it works, I will resubmit your address. Just look for a confirmation email (might end up being in your spam filter) tomorrow.

Mr Manausa, I have read with interest your article on Seller Financed Homes. I wish I were buying in your area to use your services as a realtor. We are looking in the San Antonio, TX area and in the Houston area. Any referals in this areas? Any realtors that specialize in Seller Finance?
